  • 1/2 cup of flat rice/ poha / Attukulu (washed and soaked if required)
  • 2 cup of milk
  • 4 tbsp of sugar

  • 8 medium sized Karela / Bitter Gourd

  • 1 1/2 cups Besan/ Chickpea flour
  • 4 1/2 tbsp Coriander and cumin powder
