Thiruppavai is a Tamizh work consisting of 30 hymns known as pa:surams composed by A:ndal, one of the 12 a:zhwar saints of Sri:Vaishnava philosophy. In this work, A:ndal calls upon everyone to recite the names and glories of Lord Vishnu, explains our relationship with Lord Na:rayana, how to serve Him, explains the significance of serving the Lord’s devotees and how that leads us to attain Him.
