WHY is that we are doing?
It is an opportunity for our community to come together for a sacred cause. WHAT is the Style of the Games?
All the games played with plastic shuttles (Mavis 2000 Blue Band) in a round robin method.

WHAT do we provide?
Shuttles for the games and light refreshments (Water, Fruits) are included for all the players and visitors.

Brief info about us:
JETUK focuses on community building under three main pillars:

Education: Teaching Vedic knowledge, Bhagavad Gita, Sanskrit, Indian culture, and value-based learning programmes for children and adults.

Service (Seva): Supporting charitable causes such as education for underprivileged communities, blind school, healthcare initiatives, disaster relief, and animal welfare (Cow Protection – Gosala).

Ancient Wisdom: Promoting spiritual and ethical values through satsangs, festivals, seminars, workshops, and temple activities.

18 Aug 2026: We have found a property in Trafford, Manchester and raised 400k for the purchase of the premises. We need another 285k to complete the purchase by end of October 2026.

The property already have the place of worship license and it’s ready to use condition.

4 Sep 2026: We have secured 100k in the last 2 weeks and need 185k to complete the deal. Thank you for your support.

Note: All the items for Homam, Tharpanam will be provided except the Pancha and Uttariyam. So please don’t forget to bring them.

BRIEF INFO ABOUT UPA:KARMA (Avani Avittam).
Upa:karma or Avani Avittam is a ritual offering prayers and express the gratitude to sages who gave the knowledge of Vedas and revealed Vedic Mantras to the human beings. This ritual is performed on the Sra:vana Pu:rnima day. This ritual to be mainly performed by the bachelors who has completed their Upanayanam.

On the full-moon day of the month of Sra:vana, Vishnu (as Hayagriva) have restored the Ve:da:s stolen from Bramha by the daithya:s Madhu-Kaitabha. After Vishnu created Brahma, he taught him the Ve:da:s. The humbled Bramha prayed to Vishnu, who restored the Ve:da:s.

Pardon is asked for studying the Ve:da:s during the prohibited period, and for all sins committed during the year. Ho:ma:s are performed, and the sacred thread is changed. The removal of the old sacred thread and the wearing of the new one are accompanied by sacred manthras.
