General
- Please arrive at the venue by 9am
- We aim to start the event on time
- All items needed for Sri Yagam will be provided by us
Dress Code
- One of the important aspect of participating in Sri Yagam is to wear a Traditional Indian dress as followed in many temples in India
- We request men to dress in Dhothi (Pancha) and Kanduva or Kurtha Pyjama and women to dress in Saree or Chudidhar
- Kindly avoid wearing Jeans and T-Shirts and other casual wear.
- We will provide a changing area at the venue
- We may also try to provide Dhotis if we get the consignment on time
Parking
- Show Participant’s Voucher and collect per-paid parking ticket from the security in the parking area
- Only pre-registered participants will be offered pre-paid parking ticket
Security Check
- Show your Participant’s Voucher to gain entry into the Foyer
- Kindly request to leave following in your car (if possible)
- Non-essential bags
- Push chairs
- Baby car seats
- Footwear
- Non-registered participants will have to complete registration at New Registrations desk
- Only one person from the non-registered participant’s family will be allowed inside to complete the Registration formalities
Foyer
- Pre-registered participants go straight to Verification desk
- Upon verification, you will be given wristbands to wear to allow movement in and out of the venue
- Orange bands for adults and Green bands for children
- Ensure your seat number is clearly written on your child Green wristband for easy identification
- Children will not be permitted to go outside the venue unless accompanied by a known adult
- Spend time at JET stalls to get an insight on HH’s 60 years of philanthropic activities
- Visit our sponsor’s stalls
- Take a souvenir Photo on your mobile and post on your social media network
- Drop your children in the Kids Zone before proceeding into main hall
New Registrations
- Entry to the event is strictly for registered participants only
- All accompanying adults need to be registered as well
- You may pay using your PayPal account/Credit or Debit card/Cash
- Entry for children is free
Kids Zone
- Refreshments will be provided
- Kid’s Movie/Magic show/Colouring/Kid’s Tattoos
Event Hall Entry
- All participants and children must put on the wristbands without fail
- Only registered participants with wristbands will be allowed entry into the event hall
- Ensure you leave your footwear/pushchairs in the designated area
- Men changing area may be used if needed
- Our volunteers will take you to your numbered seating area
- Seating order is as per the registration order
- Please be seated at the allocated place
- No requests to change seating will be entertained
Event
- Sri Yagam commences at 10.30 AM in the presence of HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji
- Please switch your mobile phones to silent/vibrate mode.
- Our team of volunteers will be available to cater to all general needs
- Do not hesitate to contact our volunteer for any assistance you may need
- Kids will be brought to parents 15 minutes before Sri Yagam conclusion time
