SRI LAKSHMI NARAYANA PUJA @ BRADFORD
- JETUK Yorkshire Team invites you to Sri Lakshmi Narayana Pooja under the guidance of HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamyji. This is the first time ever that an opportunity to participate in a pooja with the direct guidance of Swamyji is occurring in Yorkshire.
- Pooja is the act of honouring, respecting or revering someone.
- Lakshmi or ‘Sri’ is embodiment of kindness and wealth. For example, during Deepavali festivals, prayers are offered to Lakshmi to bestow wealth on us.
- Narayana is the ultimate protector and nourisher of all beings in this universe. Together they are like divine parents, a combination of strength and power combined with a mother’s compassion and love for the children. The aim of this event is to promote peace, prosperity, happiness and well-being everywhere and to everyone.
- With Swamyji’s explanation we will learn not only ‘how’ to do the various steps in a pooja but also ‘why’ we do it that way.
- Children completing Prajna modules will display some of their knowledge and entertain you.
- While entry is free, there are opportunities to be Yajamans to participate in Pooja. Places will be allocated on first come first served basis. Please do not miss this opportunity.
We invite all devotees in Yorkshire and beyond to be part of this once in a lifetime event to work together to pray for peace and prosperity in the guidance of Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamyji and support two important causes.
