It is clearly said in Vedas and Puranas which are existing trillions of years ago. The word भू is used to denote Earth. It is famously called भूगोल (Bhoogola) meaning “The sphere that is Earth”.

Another prominent verse:-
मध्ये समस्ताण्डस्य भूगोलो व्योम्नि तिष्ठति – In the midst of the Universe, the spherical Earth stays.

It is also explained in the Srimad Bhagavatham and the Vishnu Puranam in the Varaha Avatar chapters of Earth being a sphere

Vedic literature portrays an ancient solar religion of Yoga and enlightenment, such as was once common throughout the entire world.

The Sun is a symbol of the higher Self, the Atman or Purusha of yogic thought. This Vedic religion of light is a religion of consciousness, which is the supreme form of light.

Kruta Yuga – 17,28,000 or 1,728,000 i.e 1.728 million years
Treta Yuga – 12,96,000 or 1,296,000 i.e 1.296 million years
Dwapara Yuga – 8,64,000 or 864,000 or 0.864 million years
Kali Yuga – 4,32,000 or 4,32000, or 0.432 million years

Total is 4.32 million human years.
This 4 yugas together called Chaturyuga or 1 maha yuga
71 Chaturyugas  = 1 Manvantara (306.72 Million human years)
14 Manvantaras = 1 Kalpa (4294.08 Million human years
1 Kalpa = 1 day of Brahma
2 Kalpa = 1 day + 1 night of Brahma (8.58 billion human years)
1 year of Bramha = 360 * 8.58billions human years = 3.088 trillion years
Current age of Bramha is around 50 years and
so the universe is 3.088 x 50 = 154.440 trillions years approx.
