Paatra leaves/ colocasia leaves are popularly used in gujarati and konkan cuisine. These leaves are used as main ingredient in number of dishes like dal and curry and others but paatra is one among the famous ways of eating this.

How to make a Lemon cake with strawberry filling and cream cheese frosting ?

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

For lemon cake – make two sandwich

  • 1 1/2 cup of self raising flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of caster sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 5 tbsp sunflower oil or any vegetable oil of choice
  • The juice and finely grated rind of one lemon

For strawberry filling/ sauce
